locals use   ~152.50    radio freq.   ...I think.?

Do they make radio s  that cover this/these freq. s

   AND Airport freqs. too.

I am afraid you will need two radios. Aircraft frequencies are AM. Both VHF (the 152.5) and UHF transmit FM. The FRS radios that they sell cheap are FM as well.
