I've always wanted to take the balloon out east, but what do you mean by "great pilots who enjoy the art of flying without all the pressures"?
The Black Sheep Rally is still going; we decided we are going to do the same as last year; keeping it small and filled with great pilots who enjoy the art of flying without all the pressures!

The Rocky Mountain Balloon Festival in Denver, CO has been cancelled for 2009. However, it's a bit different...the organizers are losing their own money running the event, so they have decided to stop organizing (which is completely understandable).…

- My name is Adam and I have been involved with balloons since I was 10. There is nothing I would rather be doing than flying my balloon. I currently fly a 77,500 cubic foot National. It has been very reliable and I would recommend one to anyone who wants a reasonably priced balloon that will last a long time. I like to meet new people and hope to see many of you at some races in the future.

- Hi Adam. I believe the organization did look into someone in the midwest that had a handicapped accessable basket. The $$$ was way out of their budget. With the help of their counselors and a near perfect night we were able to transfer the kids from their chairs, to a platform the height of our basket and then into a chair that is used in showers. It went really really well.
