To those who were upset by the BFA Invitation...

I am truly sorry that I upset you, and I do apologize. My profile is Norma Wirt, and I am a new member. I have been in Ballooning for over 25 years. My husband was flying our balloon, and hit some power lines shortly after take-off. My daughters and I watched as he fell to his death. It will be 4 years in February since he died. My daughters and I recently purchased a balloon to get back into the sport he loved so much, and meant so much to our family.

It is nice to see people who are enthusiastic about the beauty ballooning and want to share it with others.
I also certainly do not take any offence. Like others in ballooning, we are lucky to be able to travel overseas, make great friendships and fly in new and interesting areas when we can.
