I have just seen the news, and I'm saddened to hear about the accident. I crewed for Keith and Debbie this past August at my hometown's balloon festival. I can't believe this has happened. I would also like to send my prayers and thoughts out to Steve's family.

Just curious who's going to Lake George, NY.. Went last year on a bus trip and didn't get to see much, this time think I'll drive my self..

So, wouldn't it figure, it's friday night, I've been waiting for the phone call asking me to crew and I have to refuse because my dad wants to leave at 3:00am Sat morn to go on vacation.. I was so bummed, but at least I'm going to Readington, NJ to crew.. The summer isn't over yet and I'm sure the call will come sometime.. *smile*

So I have been asked to do some crewing this summer by a local pilot.. He's just purchased a new balloon, and is looking for some people with experience.. Now if we could just get some good flying weather, maybe I could start getting back in crewing shape..
