I just saw that my video of last years festival is up on the site now. That is freakin sweet. Well, except the part where it got my name wrong, but oh well lol. Thanks again tho.
I am doing okay. Everyone's support is what is getting me through this. Now that Keith can talk and do more things for himself, it is getting a little easier.
Keith's parents and I have been taking turns being with him so I can try to work some at the hotel. I may have to go on part time status next year, but I am stalling as long as I can since I will lose half my vacation, holiday, personal days and profit sharing if I do. I have 12 weeks Family leave which ends January 4th. I have enough vacation time to get me through this year if I work 20 hours/week. I am trying for more when I can.
Except for yesterday when we went to Garry and Lori's and today when I went to an Arts and Crafts Fair, I have either been with Keith or working during visiting hours since he was moved out of ICU. I feel guilty leaving him, but now that we know it will be 3-4 more months before we can go home, I am going to have leave him alone sometimes.
Keith's parents are probably going home next Monday or Tuesday and staying in Amarillo for a few weeks and then coming back. They are doing okay also.
Keith does like Kindred Hospital and everyone seems to care which is really great.
Keith is doing pretty well. He may get moved to Kindred Hospital tomorrow. It is not a rehab place, but he should get more physical therapy than he does now.
Thanks so much for the Pirates stuff you sent us.
I gave the EBAY auction stuff to Glo Kehoe.
Keith's parents and I are going to Garry Haruska's house for Thanksgiving. We will bring Keith back some food.
Sorry but that's all I have from this weekend. I wasn't able to shoot as much as I would have liked due to my crew duties, but I fully intend on coming back next year and doing that again. I did shoot about 170 pics and 20 minutes of video and I can put all that plus the music video on a dvd for ya. Let me know.
