About Me:

I was literally born into the sport of ballooning. I grew up crewing for my dad (Ted Gauthier) and ballooning with my four uncles who are also pilots (Guy, Joey, Danny and Marty). Ballooning is a family sport, with extended family and friends as crew. My husband Mike is my crew chief.

Ballooning quickly became my passion. I loved crewing for my dad at the nationals, team championships and other festivals and competitions. I finally earned my Private at 19 and my Commercial at 24. I've been ballooning for more than ten years now, and I've loved every minute of it.

I fly an experimental homebuilt balloon called Daydream.
