Gary, are you still making tarps? I am trying to find out how much would cost to be big enough for my 60x, I am guessing a 40x40 turned 45 degrees should be big enough.

I just talked to Bill at the Schantz agency and it sounds like they have an underwriter lined up and will have a policy available soon.

Hey Gary we have decided to buy that 50x70 tarp from you. Loretta will call you sometime after the first of the year to pay for it. Please hold it for us thanks.

Hey Gary! Here is the recipe for the Chimchurri sauce that you had at the Argentina STeak House that we ate at in Leon Mexico.
Chimichurri Sauce

You can mince the ingredients by hand or use a food processor, which is faster and easier. There are many variations on this condiment, and it is served with everything from empanadas to grilled steak.

1/2 cup olive oil
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1/3 cup minced fresh parsley
1 clove garlic
2 minced shallots
1 teaspoon minced basil, thyme or oregano, or mixture
Salt and pepper to taste

Combine all ingredients and let set for at least 2 hours before serving.

Enjoy!
