I have been around ballooning since 2000. Started crewing for a guy at our local festival every year he came to town. We bought our first ballon in 2005, and our second in 2006. I am a private pilot. I am very passionate about ballooning!! I love the romance and the adrenaline of it, as well as all the wonderful friends I have made.

Hi Heather. Thank you for your message. Being new to the Monkey, I wasn't sure what to do about a friend invitation from someone I didn't know. Of course now I will accept your invitation. I see you are a new pilot as well. Congratulations. I had way more than the minimum requirements before I got my private. I felt that if I wasn't willing to take one of my kids up with me, I didn't deserve a license to take anyone else up either. It was fitting that my daughter was my first passanger. I look forward to meeting you at Wellsville next year if not sooner.
