30 Balloons including 3 Special shapes fill the skies over Waikato for a fun filled week of Ballooning including competitions, flights and tethers rides for children. The 2009 event was yet another huge success with 5 days of perfect flying and an estimated crowd of 80,000 attending The Nightglow alone with many tens of thousands enjoying the balloons as they fly from Innes Common, visit a school or region, or simply fly over the City bringing traffic to a standstill.
