We stayed around an flew on Saturday evening and gave Heather Krug a lesson. A little faster than I had hoped, not a lot of landing but good. We launched fromt he Aqua Turf Club and flew to the southwest. Thanks for your help on Friday.

Are you a member of CLAS? If so, are you going to the picnic today? My family and I are attending, and are going to become members of CLAS. So, hopefully we will see you there. If not, we will see you soon in one way or another. I plan on touching base with you very shortly after we get settled into the new house. No, still not in yet.

At 3:00am on July 15, 2009, Heather Krug said…: Unfortunatly, the house we were working on fell through, so w had to start the process all over again. e are temporarily staying in Danbury until we close on our house in New Hartford on the 3rd of August. That is the plan anyway! I have thought of contacting you a few times over the last week, and ask if you would be interested in accompaning me on a few flights. We have the ellsvile, NY festival coming up, and I have not flown since April, when I went to Orlando fo my checkride, so I would like to get some flying in before the wknd. However, my balloon is in PA, so that is why I have not called. We head out to pick up the balloons and head to NY tomorrow. I am Pilt Relations Charperson for this rally, so I have alot of last minute details to take care of before Friday.

But I will absolutly be in touch once we get back. Even if I can com out and crew for you, that woud be great. I just really need to be around a balloon! It has been far too long!
