Balloon meet will feature strip polo game.

I for one am appalled, and hope that at least one Aunty Monkey member will be there to take photographic evidence and post it here so that the BFA and fellow balloonists can decry such activitiy bringing balloon flying into disripute. Do you think it would be appropriate to send an Aunty Monkey thought police team next year to check up on the behaviour at this meet?? I doubt if you would find any volunteers willing for such a grueling task.

Happy Montgolfier day all

I thinks its balloonings 224th birthday.

The candles would melt the cake.

If you are having a party or a special flight to commemorate that fabulous day in France, then enjoy.

Be safe.

Drink lots.

Hampton Iowa 2 fatalities, one injured, power lines.

It seems to be turning into a shocking year for accidents.

I was just creating some maps for some safari flying in a brand new area tommorrow and enjoying the entire process, went online to look at the weather and was greated with yet more sad news.

Somebody from Aunty Monkey, probably, the worlds largest online gathering of balloon pilots and crew is bound to know the pilot involved in this incident.

Thats a very sobering thought.

As we approach another weekend, b

Gary,
I to am having sleep issues... my issues are the tossing and turning and dreams of balloon accidents... I hope that discussions like the one I started here and the good things being tossed around the reflector will help us both be able to sleep better soon. Something needs to changes. I hope our US manufactures are paying attention.
