Hello Peter, sorry to take so long to answer. I don't go on this web site very often. To answer you questions about Head Balloons. I have owned 7 different ones, all but one were bought new. All got at least 500 hours out of them, and most over 550. They are tough and well built.

Envelope fabric is 1.9 oz per sq yd which lasts longer
Top 2/3 or 1/2 is silicone coated so the coating won't shed before the strength goes.
Vinyl bottom envelope bag for dewwey mornings
Steel tanks (heavy but better protection in a powerline contact)
4 10 gallon tanks standard
Flytec 3040 wireless instruments standard
I got a custom high sided basket and uprights built to my specs
The Smart Vent upcharge is very minimal
Dislikes (very few)
It can take awhile to get your balloon built (only three people work for Tarp)
The single burner needs a seperate attachment to act as a glow burner
(the double has a glow valve included)
