I can't believe that you need to be told this!! And it doesn't matter if you already have a partner, you never know when you're going to need to trade up, or need to train decent crew, and if you're teaching them to fly they need to keep crewing for you... It's the perfect ballooning circle!
(Now that you have your CPL you've also got the minimum number of hours required to Instruct... so I just thought I'd ask.)
