Holy crap that is some scary stuff right there.
they had a pick of the person falling on www.abqjournal.com
Maybe he was in a competition task and went back up after hiting target and tryed to miss the tent but unable to do so!! As you can see its pretty windy!!
the accident is much worse than it looks. the pilot is timmerly ecklund of illinois. the passenger survived tha fall but he has a shattered hip. here is a video from a different view.
Jeez pilot light failure?
so what happened?
something like a pilot light failure which sent him into the tent then he bailed out at some point sending it skyward.
then it coming back down?

Drücke Dir selbst verständlich die Daumen und alles gute zum Platz in der Nationalmannschaft.
Möchte nächstes Jahr neben den anderen Meisterschaften auch nach Luxenburg kommen, hab gesehen das Du auch schon da warst.

- Hello David. We have same friend: Angel. He and Carlos + Merce and Anna were here in Finland in May. We offered balloon, crew, gas etc to them and we had lots of fun. Now we are going to fly with them in Costa Brava and International Balloon Festival.

- hi Shawn, thanks for the congratulations! I am in the national team for 2009/2010 (Europeans, France, Worlds, Hungary). for Hofkirchen there is only a chance of 10% to take part in the worlds otherwise i am only there for fiesta!
