News from Mr Météo ( André Charpentier)

Bonjour to all of you

You may know André if you come fly in Québec, For those who know him here are some news

Both Lucie (his love) and Jean (his son) have wrote today, they first want to thank the many of you that have sent good wishes to André and his family.

Has you may know André has been admitted to the hospital and was able to have a room in palliative care unit this week. He his heavily medicated to overcome the pain. His cancer I believe, has now spread… Continue

Flying in Iceland

Hello all,

As someone who has always loved ballooning, I look for opportunities to fly everywhere I go. This year, I decided to leave my crewing of the 300 and 120's in Ottawa, Canada and come to study in Iceland.

Charlotte Returns Home for a Visit...Then off to England!

I am so happy to be home in my beloved Battle Creek for the Holiday Balloon Festival. I missed Megan so much! Megan has been great, introducing me to so many new friends from here on the Monkey! My new friends may even help me to make snow monkeys!

After all the fun is over, I am taking a BIG trip to England. Sue Morley wants to show me all over her country and I am SOOO excited! I don't know where I'll be after that so if you want me to come visit, let me know!

Attention all Monkey people in Battle Creek!

Anyone in Battle Creek this weekend for the Holiday Balloon Festival... Sunday is the Official Wear Your Aunty Monkey T-shirt. And, if we can coordinate at all (ha ha) perhaps a Monkey group photo! BTW Charlotte the Spatula is here so if you have not had your photo with her find me or find Megan!

If we don't fly tomorrow we may need to go outside and make some snow angels!
