I like the recent changes here, its becoming even better for our growing community.

The polls are really neat!

Looking forward to seeing more new stuff too, I noticed ning is going offline alot which means lots of new updates.

Yeah. I am slowly adding things as I find them.

What I have been looking for, but might have to make it myself is a Google Map (or the likes) mashup app so we can put up a map of places we have flown. Let me know if you see anything like that out there.

It is easy to to a google map (or the likes) of where everyone lives...

(I was going to suggest frappr, the most used one, but it has no widget thingo's to put here, so heres one I found:)

We should have a "group" there, then you can add in one of their little widgets to show our "spatial distribution" :-)

I will look into something like what you are saying, but a member map would be very cool, its actually a wonder they don't already have one built in here, i bet it's coming!

What sort of coding are you allowed to put in those boxes??

Basically any HTML code can go there. Extensive CSS and JavaScript can be problematic. You can always experiment in the box where you have your weather/Skype stuff on your profile (it is the same).

Cool, could always have an iframe to a page somwhere else with any code you want in it.
