Hey thanks for the welcome Tom. I might start a Youngen's discussion group for all the young, up and coming pilots to talk about how we're going to continue this great sport into the future :-)
Let's say i'm more than Crew and on my way to being Crew Chief, my problem is I can't dedicate all my time or enough to ballooning to get to that step fully : )
Sorry that it took long time to ansswer, but.
I bought my balloon, Ultramagic UMC-65 2007 from Belgium. Ronny van Havere, year 2006 Gordon Bennet winner, sold it because he like´s more to flew on gas ballons.
We really never did take a lot of pictures. And what I do have is on film, that was in the days before digital cameras. I do have his letters after each attempt and the final successful flight atw but again not digitized.
I did give a eulogy for Steve here at his memorial in Beaver Creek and if you want a copy of that I can send it.
Hi Tom
Right, my first "Stars" Balloons was an Aerostar, the second one a T & C and the third one is a Kubicek. No. 3 is a 5000m3 - not realy good for balloon meetings. Thats why i have a small 2600m3 "Stars no 4" on order now. Will be delivered next month. That's another Kubicek......

Yep...all the pictures are balloons that we own! Our passengers like 'em, too!
