Looking to bring Hot air ballooning to Bear Valley

- I am a property manager for Bear Valley Real Estate, we manage over 50 cabins and condos in beautiful Bear Valley. We have an extremely busy winter season and then an incredibly quiet summer season despite how perfect is up here in summers! I am trying to draw interest in Bear Valley-and I think hot air ballooning in this beautiful environment would be amazing. I don't really know much about hot air ballooning, but am really hoping it is something that can be done up here.
