Tricky landing spots
Here is a picture taking by the landowner with a description of the tight spot I landed in during Fiesta. She posted it on a local TV stations webpage, and said some very nice things. As she said, we always here about the negative, its nice to hear some positive.

The new envelope got into Albuquerque via Train Saturday night. I went and picked it up at the terminal Sunday morning at 5:00 am and was in the air by 7:00. It flew so amazing. What a difference from the old worn out envelope I have been flying. The inflation has to be on the top of my list as one of the scariest. Hi joan, howzit! I am in sth africa at the mo and I have been ballooning over here on my days off while on trips with work, crewing for Bill harrop balloon safari's anyway they are coming to the querque this year to rep sth africa and they need a balloon and crew etc, do you know anyone who can help. you can google them on Bill harrop balloon safari africa. anyway just need a direction. hope your both well and woohoo I am coming back to the querque! yippy!
A friend of ours in TX (Tim) is wondering what the requirements are for competing in the Top Gun NM State Championships. I didn't know the answer. Do you have to have qualified by flying and or placing in some number of NM Top Gun events, or is it open?
I got a hold of Joe and Dale and their pics are on the way.

I guess my post to the reflector did not go through. Could you post that we are looking for pics of Joe Heartsill, Mark Sullivan and Dale Wongs balloons for the pins for TG. Pics can be emailed to me at flyvie@comcast.net According to years past we need them for the sponsor letterhead also.
