FAA Publishes New "Balloon Flying Handbook"

The new FAA "Balloon Flying Handbook" is currently only available on line in a .pdf format. http://www.faa.gov/library/manuals/aircraft/media/Balloon%20Flying%20Handbook.pdf Congratulations to David Sullivan and other contributors for their work in making this a great reference for all of our use. Knowing your ties with the ARMY program I thought you might have a lead for me on something - several years ago (10 or so) the National Guard brought a balloon to Huff 'n Puff, I don't remember what it looked like, it even seems like it didn't even have any kind of Guard logos or anything but I could be mistaken, just remember that it was a TBW that had a Navy Blue skirt that said "The Green Apple" - This skirt was from a balloon we had in the '70's. I was wondering if you knew, or knew someone who might know the whereabouts of this balloon/skirt now.

Will you be back in Topeka this year?
