Sailooning

Well kids,

It's that weekend again to go sailing and ballooning. I am off to the Elephant Butte Rally .

Love this rally because for the past 3 or 4 yrs the weather has been so great you spend more time sailing than flying! Will post pics from this years event Fiesta is a beautiful site to see, but there is nothing like seeing 30 balloons all sailing an a calm lake with mountains in the backround!

double burners

Hey All.

I have a student who just cannot find a calm day to fly. She is ready to solo except for the fact she has not had enough landings to really get the feel for them except rip out or crash, or just fly to a really open area and have the approach be a 1/4 of a mile or more. Her system has dual burners, I am used to a single burner , her system is an Aerostar as is mine, her's is a 90 and I have an Aurora.
